For pick up, yes. Simply indicate your preferred time when you checkout your order and we will inform you which branch to pick up your order(s) from. For home delivery, you can receive your orders the next day. 

Our pick-up window is at least 2 hours. Thus, you can order 2 hours before the pick up time.

Yes, you can make changes. For pick-up, please make your changes at least 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. For delivery, kindly make your changes a day before the delivery day. 

No, there is no minimum order. However, please note that some promos may require a minimum order. 

Currently, our delivery services is only available within Bacolod City. If this changes, we will inform you via email and our social media platforms.

Our delivery fee ranges from PHP60 to PHP150 depending on your location.

Yes, we do. All orders placed at 4pm and below will be delivered or prepared the next day.

We have partnered with several delivery services in order to bring your grocery right on your doorstep. The delivery fee may vary according to the service our system chose for you. Don't worry, we choose the most efficient delivery service based on your location.

Yes, you can. At checkout, you can specify a different delivery address. This can be very helpful if you want to buy groceries for your parents, friends or a boarding student.

Yes. However as of the moment, we are still encoding 20,000 products on our online store. So, if you can't see the items you wish to buy on the website, kindly write it down in the "Leave a Note" box during Checkout. Our staff will call you to confirm your order, once it is received.

You can pay through credit card, cash on delivery/pick up or through cashless apps like GCash, PayMaya or BDO Pay.

Yes, we delivery to businesses. With our delivery partners, we are able to deliver your goods in packs and boxes.

Yes, your personal information is handled confidentially in accordance to our Privacy Policy. Your credit card information is stored by our financial institution, not in a third-party store system.

No, however our website is mobile phone-friendly.

We offer local in-store pick up/delivery service. Unfortunately, we currently do not ship orders.

Pick Up & Delivery

Pick Up

1. Order on KJ Fairmart website or app.

2. During checkout, you can choose between "I'll pick it up myself" and "Deliver to my location". Choose "I'll pick it up myself" .

3. We will offer you several pick up time. Choose the time & date most convenient for you.

4. Choose the KJ Fairmart branch to pick up your order(s) from.

5. Pay either through cash or any of our cashless pay methods. You can pay at the branch where you choose to pick up your order.

Delivery

1. Order on KJ Fairmart website or app.

2. During checkout, you can choose between "I'll pick it up myself" and "Deliver to my location". Choose "Deliver to my location".

3. Pay either through Cash or any of our cashless payment methods.

4. Wait for our staff to confirm your order and your delivery fee. Kindly allow us - day delivery allowance.

5. We will let you know via SMS if your order is being delivered. Make sure you are available during the delivery time.
